My name is Nicole. I decided to write this blog to document my journey to fitness (physical and mental), and to share my experiences with others. I’ll be adding in recipes and my general day to day stuff.

A little about me: I am a Mom, Accountant and Grad student. My time is limited, so I plan on using yours to the best of my ability. For so long, I have used my lack of time as an excuse to put off taking care of myself. I am now recognizing it as an excuse and I have no use for them any more.

So, welcome aboard! It is sure to be a bumpy ride, but I know it will be worth it!
