First wogging day done!

I’ll call it wogging. I’m not walking. I’m not jogging. I did sweat my butt off and my heart rate was kicking around 140 bpm. I am so happy that I completed W1D1. I was even ready for another running spurt when instructed to start cool down. My knee brace held me happily. As soon as I slipped it on, I could feel the pressure come off. I’m slightly more confident that I can make C25K work for me now.

  1. Congrats on getting started! You’ll be amazed at how the once scary looking intervals of later weeks are soon really easy to do. Don’t be afraid to re-do weeks or days if you need to and remember, every step forward is a positive one!
